Diamond prices vary quite a bit between stores and online retailers. There is no such thing as wholesale diamond prices for the general public. In order to buy at wholesale prices, most wholesalers will require you to be a jeweler with a registered business which has a state-issued business licence, at least 3 references from other wholesalers, and vendors must purchase large quantities of diamonds and must be registed with the JBT (Jeweler's Board of Trade). If someone tells you they're selling a diamond at wholesale prices, they're just playing on your lack of knowledge of the industry. Your best bet is the find a jeweler that has minized their operating costs considerably and can pass those savings on to you.
For merchants with low prices on certified diamonds, we highly recommend you view our Verfied Diamond Dealers page.
