I was wondering if during a certain time of the year that diamonds were offered at lower prices?

Diamonds aren't really discounted seasonally, especially quality ones.

However some may be in limited availability around the holiday seasons (Christmas, Valentine's Day), etc. If you plan to buy around a major holiday give yourself a few extra weeks to shop then you normally would that way you can get to pick from the cream of the crop rather then just what's left.

Diamond neither go out of style nor do they becomes shelf worn, they are the worlds most durable merchandise. Therefore they are season-less though the market does fluctuate from time to time. You need to watch it as though you were a stock investor. Find the exact cut,weight and quality you want, Check the current price and then you have a base line to watch the prices rise against.
