i am trying to find out what a 3 carat blue irradiated diamond I clarity or 2.5 carat sI is worth. little info on line about irradiated colored diamonds except they are worth less than white.any one know?

Most of these irradiated blue diamonds have an "ocean blue" or "green/blue" look to them. I've attached a pic of one such diamond. It's 2.04ct in size, VS2 clarity, and $11,000. 2.5-3ct would be in the $12-15,000 range.

In I-clarity, the price drops in half or more.

I don't recommend getting an irradiated blue to be honest. Trying to sell such a diamond later on would be very difficult.
