Clarity Enhanced ?

Are Clarity enhanced diamonds valued as much as others that have not been clarity enhanced ? I was reading through some of my paper work and found that the diamond I have has been clarity enhanced ?

When establishing the value of a clarity enhanced diamond, I suggest that the clarity be judged as no better than it was before the enhancement since the clarity grade doesn't change only the marketability. This does open possibilities for misrepresentation though doesn't it?
