Buying a diamond on line

We've been looking for an engagement ring and have decided to go with an emerald cut center stone. However, we're getting frustrated by the lack of 'choices' the jewelers have.
So we were thinking of purchasing a diamond on line. I'm not sure what to do next though. Do we just take the diamond to a jewler that has the mounting we want?

I would recommend you call up some of our verified diamond dealers and work with one you feel most comfortable with. Shopping for an emerald cut diamond is a bit tricky but a seasoned diamond dealer should be able to physically inspect the stones for you and help your search. Good luck!
