Should I buy?

A local jeweler is going out of business and has called in some professionals to help sell the rest of his stock and close his store. I am looking at a :
1.09 loose diamond
round brilliant
clarity SI2
color E
depth 62%
table 60%
cutlet none
polish very good
symmetry very good
EGL Cert
The diamond seemed to have alot of fire and sparkle. I didn't look as close as I should have for any inclusions. I am concerned about the SI2 clarity. Should I be?
What else do I need to ask? I did not get any info about the cut (I don't think). They are asking $5680 for this diamond. Does that sound like a good deal? (This diamond will replace my original diamond in my wedding band).

You could have posted the image of the diamond that you are planning to buy.That way things could have been easier for better replies.By the information you provided us with it seems that the diamond is really worthy,but to understand whether it is worthy of the price that you quoted the image would have been handy.Any ways good luck.
