resizing eternity ring

Hi everyone... I have this wonderful Tiffany platinum eternity ring that my mother gave me, but the problem is it's too big!!! :( Can I get this sized and what would it cost?

Resizing an eternity ring is usually not recommended. it can be done but you're basically going to have to unmount all the stones, remove some number of stone mountings based on the size you need, solder it shut and remake it round again, and then reset all the remaining diamonds.

For something like a Tiffany ring, altering it that much could bring down the value, especially if the jeweler butchers the ring up. So if you must then it can be done with a jeweler, but I would not recommend it!
