Default Bead-set vs. Channel-set

Can anyone explain the difference between beat-set and channel-set settings?

Bead set... think of like a bunch of tiny prongs shaped like beads holding a diamond in place.

Channel set, is when you have continuous channels of metal holding in the diamond.

It means the diamond is surrounded by the small bead like setting, it is also known as Pave-set....
